This original work by
Louise Harris
is created out of recycled metal, which begins its journey in Mexico. The initial circles are punched out of a flat sheet of metal to produce bottle caps. The remaining metal sheet is then sent to a manufacturing plant in Chicago, Illinois where it is made into furnace filters. The metal sheet is then recycled a third time to create whatever abstract idea that emerges in the moment, using color and dimension to capture the simplicity and intrigue of each piece. The profits from relief circles and donated to non-profit organizations around the world.
Top quality materials are used to mount and frame these Relief Circles including non-yellowing backing and non-glare museum quality plexiglass.
Can be hung either vertically or horizontally.
