Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be happy with your new art from Crane and Crow.
If you have second thoughts, we will refund your purchase price if the item is returned to us in its original condition within three (3) days.
If the item was shipped, you have three (3) days (from date of receipt) to notify us that you are returning the item, and we must receive the item within fourteen (14) days. You are responsible for packaging and return shipping charges, and the item must be fully insured when shipped.
Refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of item receipt.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrives with damage to the box, please take photos before you open the box. You may then open the box, taking additional pictures along the way if needed.
If the item is damaged, please take detailed photos of the damage and send them to us along with a description of damage Send all damage reports to us via email. Depending on the requirements of the carrier, we may ask you to complete claim forms and/or return the item to the carrier.
Special Orders
Special Orders, Custom Modifications and Commissions are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
